At the Bennetts, Grace is still very worried about Eve, and Sam tries to comfort her. Later, Sam gets a call about the shooting on the docks, and has to leave to investigate. After Sam leaves, Grace senses an earthquake coming from Tabitha's house, and decides to go over and see if she is all right.
At the Lopez-Fitzgerald house, Theresa becomes frightened when Luis feels like he's walked over the grave of someone he loves. She wonders if his feeling could be about Sheridan? Luis remembers warning Sheridan that just because she was back in Harmony doesn't mean she is safe from Roger and Pierre. However, Luis tells Theresa that she is making too much of his crazy feeling, he saw Sheridan tonight with Hank and she is fine. Suddenly, Hank shows up. Luis asks why he is not with Sheridan? Hank says that unlike some people, he respects her wishes, so he left her alone. Later, Whitney calls Theresa, and she tells her about how horrible it was being trapped in Ethan's room and having to listen to him make love to Gwen. Theresa asks about CHad, and Whitney gives her an update. Theresa tries to get Whitney to face the fact that she's falling in love with CHad, but she claims she is only with him because he shouldn't have to go through this alone. Theresa finds Hank and Luis playing a game of chess, and Theresa starts questioning Hank about what he does when he goes away? Hank says it isn't anything glamorous, or illegal. The phone rings, and Luis learns about a woman shot at the docks. He is called down to ID the body. When Theresa asks what happened, Luis tells them about the dead woman, and Hank says that is where he left Sheridan! Luis says this can't be happening! Hank and Luis both take off.
On the docks, Antoine shoots at a woman in a raincoat, who falls down dead! Antoine checks for a pulse to make sure she is dead, and then tells Roger, via phone, that Sheridan Crane is dead! Roger tells Antoine that his money will be waiting for him when he returns to Paris. Antoine leaves, and another officer finds the body of the woman and calls it in.
At the Jazz Club, Chad is still telling Whitney that when he learns who his father is he's going to wish he'd never been born. He is also angry with his mom for tossing him out like a piece of trash, and has plenty of questions for her. Whitney says that maybe his mom gave him up so he could have a better life. Chad says that only happens in the movies. He says that his mom did not find him a good home, he ended up with junkies. Whitney wonders what type of mother would do that to her own baby because her mom says the bond between a mother and child is sacred.
Elsewhere, Eve tells TC that she can't keep it inside any longer, she has to let it out, she has to tell him. TC thinks that Eve is taking the problems of her patients to heart, and she is letting her patients problems become her own. Eve says this is her problem, but TC says it isn't and she's taking this too hard. Eve tries to tell him the truth, but a phone call interrupts. Eve gets a call about the woman shot on the docks and has to go because she is the medical examiner on call. Eve leaves, and Whitney asks her dad if her mom is okay? He says she is just stressed out, and then asks her what she is still doing here? Whitney explains that she is here with Chad because she doesn't think he should be alone right now. TC tells her not to mention Chad to her mother because she has enough problems as is.
TC talks with CHad about his parents, and he tells him not to judge his parents till he knows the whole story. TC tells TC about his parents, and how neither of them gave a damn about him. TC can't believe his family would do that to him, and says that Eve would never do something like that to one of her children.
Back on the docks, Eve shows up and is shocked when she sees who the dead woman is. Sam shows up, and Eve tells him to brace himself, he won't believe who has been shot. Sam looks at the body, and is in shock. Sam says he hates to do this, but they have to notify the family. Luis and Hank show up, and both fear that it might be Sheridan. The officer tells them it is okay, Dr. Russell and Sam already IDd the victim, and the body is ready for transport to the morgue.
At the Crane mansion, Ethan and Gwen are going at it, and when Ethan looks at Gwen, he sees Theresa. Ethan pulls away from Gwen, and she asks what is wrong? Ethan says nothing, he is just glad she is back. Gwen promises Ethan that she won't go anywhere until the wedding, and he says he's going to hold her to that because he needs her close by. Ethan tells Gwen that she is the only woman he loves and wants to be with. Later, Ethan wonders why he keeps thinking about Theresa, and tells himself that he loves Gwen and not Theresa. Suddenly, Ethan gets a call from Theresa! Theresa apologizes for calling so late, but tells him that something awful happened tonight. She tells him about the woman shot on the docks, and it could be Sheridan. Ethan says he's on his way, and Theresa says she'll meet him there. Ethan takes off, leaving Gwen behind.
Back at the docks, Ethan and Theresa show up, but aren't allowed near the scene. Ethan doesn't know what he'll do if the dead woman is Sheridan. Theresa holds Ethan. Meanwhile, Luis goes to look at the dead woman's body, and exclaims "Oh my god!"
At Tabitha's house, Grace shows up and bangs on Tabitha's door. Tabitha doesn't answer, so Grace just walks in. She calls out to Tabitha, but only hears the demons roaring. Meanwhile, Tabitha and Timmy believe they are done for it. Grace finds Tabitha, and the noises stop. Grace asks what the noises where, but Tabitha plays innocent. Unfortunately, the noises start up again, and Grace asks what that noise is because it sounds like the beast from hell! Grace thinks she has a lion in her basement, but Tabitha says that is just her cat having a tantrum. Grace says her tables are shaking, that is not fluffy! Tabitha tells Grace that she's right, it's not fluffy, but she will tell her what it is. Tabitha tells Grace that her pipes are acting up, and she begs her not to tell Sam because he'd rush right over and try to fix them. Grace says of course he would, and she decides to go down and see what is wrong. Tabitha says no, it is a mess and she doesn't want her to see it. She also says she is used to the noise and couldn't sleep without it, and then promptly pushes Grace out of her house. Tabitha tells Timmy that if Grace shows up here again she might just let her go down into her basement! Later, a sleepwalking Charity shows up in Tabitha's living room! Charity heads over to the basement door, and with a wave of her hands, moves all the furniture that Timmy piled in front of the door. Timmy asks what is happening? Tabitha says this is a war of the worlds!
Chad and Whitney are still waiting for Crystal to return to the Jazz Club. Chad wonders what is taking her so long? Whitney thinks maybe she changed her mind, but Chad knows Crystal wouldn't do that to him. Chad asks around for Crystal, and learns that she was last seen headed towards the warf. Chad recalls TC saying there was a shooting on the warf, so they decide to head to the warf.
On the warf, Luis opens the body bag to see who the dead woman is. He looks at the woman, and exclaims "Oh my God!" The dead woman is Crystal! Hank and Luis are both relieved that it isn't Sheridan. Hank asks Luis if he thinks the people from Paris did this? Luis says no, they had no reason to kill her, but he still thinks Sheridan is in danger. Eve feels bad for Crystal, but is relieved that her secret is safe. Luis tells Ethan that it isn't his aunt Sheridan, and then he asks what Theresa is doing here? Theresa claims she came to see what happened. He tells her it is late and to go home. Ethan thanks Theresa for calling him, and they wonder why anyone would want to kill Crystal? Meanwhile, Antoine spies on what is going down, and realizes he didn't kill Sheridan.
Eve wonders what Crystal was doing here? TC says she was going to her hotel to get some papers about secrets people had been carrying around. TC says he thinks they have something to do with Chad's past. Eve wonders if she has the papers on her. TC wonders why Eve is so interested in these papers? Eve says that it is just bizarre.
Chad and Whitney show up and learn that Crystal has been shot, and is dead. Elsewhere, Ethan tells Theresa that he better get going, Luis shouldn't see them together, and he has to get back to Gwen. After Ethan leaves, Theresa wonders why Ethan can't admit that he wants her and not Gwen. Whitney confronts Theresa about seeing her with Ethan, and learns the whole story. Theresa says she knows Ethan is almost ready to admit he has feelings for her, and if she only had another week. Whitney says Gwen is back now, and Theresa says now it is too late. Theresa says she no longer has a chance with Ethan. Whitney says this is such a sad day, Crystal lost her life, and Chad lost the link to his past. Theresa feels bad for Chad and Whitney, because she knows Whitney is hurting for Chad. Whitney says she is not hurting for Chad, and then she and Theresa once again argue about love. Whitney says boys are just going to have to take a backseat to tennis right now.
Chad looks at Crystal in the body bag and is devastated. Eve asks Chad what Crystal told him? Chad says that she just told him that they weren't upstanding members of the community, and she was going to bring him some papers. Chad then wonders if Crystal has the papers on her. Chad tells Sam about the envelope, but doubts anyone would kill her for it. Later, Eve steals the papers from the evidence bag. As she is doing so, Sam and Chad decide to look at the bag and see if the papers are in it!
Sheridan finally shows up and asks what is going on here? Luis just looks at her and smiles. He almost hugs her, but Hank runs up and hugs her before he can. Hank explains that Crystal was shot. Luis once again tells Sheridan that she needs a body guard, but she says she doesn't need one. Sheridan refuses to spend the rest of her life looking over her shoulder, and walks off. Hank wonders what is ups with Luis, what are his real feelings for Sheridan? Luis says he's only trying to save her life, so Hank tells him to lighten up because he's being hard on her. Luis apologizes to Sheridan for being tough on her, but says he doesn't want to see another murder happen. As they continue to argue, Luis finally tells Sheridan that he is forcing him to do something he doesn't want to, but he has no choice. Luis places Sheridan under arrest for putting her life at risk.
Ethan returns home, and Gwen is up waiting for him. He explains where he was and why he was there. Gwen wishes Ethan had woken her up because she would have gone with him. She says it must have been terrible to be all alone and wondering if Sheridan was dead. Ethan remembers being with Theresa, and tells her that it was awful. Gwen then gives Ethan some bad news, she has to leave town on business again. Gwen says that the negotiations she was working on have broken down, and the woman who took her place isn't doing a good job. Gwen says her father needs her to go, and she won't be back until the night before the wedding. Ethan says he can't make it without her, which she finds odd. She asks if something happened that he hasn't told her about? Ethan says something did happen, he realized how much he needed her and can't get along without her. Gwen says she wants him to need her and not be able to go on without her, so she knows leaving was the right thing to do. She knows now that he loves her and always will. Gwen says that he knows what will help him make it through the days without her, Theresa! She tells Ethan to hook up with Theresa and go over the plans for the wedding. Ethan tells Gwen to forget her career and tell her father to find someone else to take his place. Gwen wonders what has happened, if he can't tell her, then maybe they shouldn't be getting married.
Ethan, who can't stop thinking of Theresa, is caught off-guard when Gwen announces she knows the reason why he is resisting her return to work. However, she wrongly assumes Ethan is worried about fate coming between them in her absence, which she claims won't happen. Later, Gwen asks Ethan to continue working on the wedding with Theresa while she's gone, which makes him uncomfortable.
As Charity, who's still in a trance, starts to enter the basement, Tabitha gloats to Timmy that Charity is no match for the evil forces and will be killed before coming into her full powers. Later, the three demons escape the basement and prepare to kill an unknowing Charity.
Luis arrests a shocked and livid Sheridan for refusing to get a bodyguard, thus putting herself and others in danger. Later, at the police station, Sheridan struggles to prove Luis wrong by insisting there is no threat to her life in Harmony. At the same time, Antoine prepares to shoot her.
Miguel meets up with Whitney and Chad. Whitney asks where Charity is? Miguel says she is at home resting. Whitney starts talking about the prom, and how she's sure he and Charity will be crowned king and queen. Miguel says he heard about a shooting on the warf, and Chad tells Miguel all about Crystal, and how she was his only link to this past. Chad is hoping that the cops will investigate Crystal and turn up something that he can use. Whitney tells Chad that Chief Bennett is bound to come up with something, and there has to be someone other than Crystal that knows his parents. Chad thanks Whitney for the pep talk, and then gets back to work. A spying Theresa is glad that Whitney took her advice and showed Chad that she cares about him. Whitney says she was just being nice to him, that is all. Theresa and Whitney once again argue about love.
Gwen calls to Theresa and asks her to please come over to her and Ethan's table for a minute, so she does. Gwen tells Theresa that she has to leave for work again, and she'll be gone right up until the wedding. Theresa is secretly thrilled. Meanwhile, Chad talks to Ethan and asks him what is with that look on his face? Is it because Theresa and Gwen are both here? The woman he's going to marry, and the woman who makes his heart race. Ethan says he and Theresa are only . . ., but Chad doesn't want to hear that lame excuse again. He tells Ethan to just admit that he has feelings for Theresa. Ethan says he does, and asks Chad if he is happy? Chad says that is what he should be asking himself. Ethan says he has had fantasizes about Theresa, but only because . . Chad interrupts and says "because you love her!" Ethan says no, it is because he put the idea into his head. Chad says you can't force someone else to like someone. Elsewhere, Miguel tries to convince Whitney to ask Chad to the prom. Later, Gwen asks Theresa to do her one last favor, check out a honeymoon resort with Ethan in Bermuda. Ethan says he can't because he has too much work, but Gwen talks him into it. Ethan drives Gwen to the airport, and Theresa is in heaven.
Chad walks Whitney home and learns that Whitney is going to go to the prom without a date. Chad says guys must be lined up for miles to take her out, but she says they aren't. Chad then gives Whitney a kiss on the cheek, and leaves. Whitney smiles.
In Tabitha's backyard. Charity is flying around out back. Kay wakes up and sees Charity flying, and wonders how this is possible. Kay slaps herself to see if she is dreaming, but realizes this is no dream. Timmy thinks Charity is a wonderwoman, but Tabitha says that Charity is not flying, the blast of air from down below is causing her to levitate. Tabitha says once the air stops, Charity will crash to the ground! Kay tries to wake Simone up so she can see this, but she is fast asleep. She then decides to film Charity. Back in the backyard, Timmy thinks Charity looks so pretty and graceful, but Tabitha says she won't look so graceful once she crashes. Timmy decides to save Charity, and runs around the backyard with a trampoline trying to save her. Kay sees Timmy running around, and starts filming both him and Charity. Charity eventually falls, but is saved by the angel girl. The angel girl carries Charity back into her room and drops her into bed. Kay then thinks she has it all figured out, Charity is an alien! Meanwhile, Tabitha is angry that the angel girl interfered, but Timmy is glad and thinks that was the most beautiful thing he has ever seen. Suddenly, the angel girl starts raining fire on Timmy and Tabitha! Kay goes and wakes up Simone and tells her everything she saw, and Simone thinks she is nuts. She then drags Simone to Charity's room to see the white lights. They go to check on Charity, who is fast asleep. Simone tells Kay that she is nuts. After they leave, the angel girl shows up and tells Charity to sleep well, because soon she will face the biggest battle of her life.
Over at Tabitha's, the angel girl shows up and warns Tabitha that soon Charity will be able to fight evil on her own, but until then she will be watching over her. Tabitha tells the angel girl that she is wrong, she has lost and Charity will be destroyed or brought over to the dark side! She then chases the angel girl out of her house. Meanwhile, the demons in the basement are not at all amused by this latest development.
At the station, Luis explains to Hank why he arrested Sheridan. He says that Sheridan is not only endangering herself, but the community as well. Hank asks if he will drop the charges if he can convince her into getting a body guard? Luis says he will. Meanwhile, Antoine is parked outside the station and has his rifle aimed at Sheridan. Sam shows up at the station, and is shocked to learn that Luis has arrested Sheridan. Sheridan and Luis both argue and tell Sam what is going on. As they argue, Hank tells Sam that they have been going at it like this for awhile. Sam eventually breaks them up, and drags Luis off to talk to him. Sam asks Luis if arresting Sheridan is the way to get her out of his head? Luis says he's only trying to protect her and the public, but Sam doesn't buy it and tells Luis that it is obvious she means something special to him, and it is time he faced that. Sam also reminds Luis that he is breaking his deal with Julian Crane, and he eventually becomes fed up with both Luis and Sheridan. Meanwhile, Hank talks to Sheridan and says normally when he sees people going at it the way she and Luis are, he would think they had it bad for one another. Sheridan assures Hank that is not the case. Sam calls Crane security and basically forces Sheridan to hire a body guard. Frank, as in Frank Lomax, sends over a bodyguard to the police station. Sheridan and Luis once again start arguing, and Hank asks Sam if he argues with Grace like this? Sam says sometimes, but only because he loves her. Sheridan's bodyguard shows up, and Luis releases her. After Sheridan leaves, Sam warns Luis if he doesn't stay away from her, he will go back to jail. Luis says now that she has a body guard he is through with Sheridan, both personally and professionally. Meanwhile, Antoine still has Sheridan in the sites of his gun.
In the kicthen, Eve is reading the paper about Crystal's murder. She remembers Crystal and is sad that she is gone, and says it looks like her secrets have died with her. TC shows up behind Eve and asks what she knows about Crystal's secrets? Eve says she was just thinking out loud about what Chad said, about Crystal knowing who his parents are. Eve says Chad will just have to accept that he'll never know now. TC says that is a little cold, but Eve says sometimes the past is best left in the past. The kids all come into the kitchen, and Eve is upset to see him here. However, TC says he asked Chad to come over. TC tells Chad that he's really sorry about what happened to Crystal because he knows he was counting on her to give her the names of his parents. Eve tells Chad that there is no way Crystal could know about his background. Chad asks how she would know? Eve says she just thinks it is impossible for Crytsal to know anything, and she thinks Crystal could have been coning him. Chad says he has nothing to be conned out of, and Whitney asks why couldn't Crystal have known about his past? Eve says she shouldn't have said anything. Chad blows up and says he has a right to know who his parents are, and he will find out who they are if it is the last thing he does! Chad storms out of the room, and TC follows him to help him calm down. Meanwhile, Eve tells Whitney to stay away from Chad. Eve and TC have to leave, TC drives Eve down to the station to fill out some forms about Crystal, and Theresa leaves to see Ethan. Chad and Whitney are left alone, and Whitney apologizes about her mom. Chad says it is no big thing, she hasn't trusted him since day one. Chad says he believed in Crystal, now he just has to find out what she knew on his own. Chad can't wait till he can tell her mom the name of his mother and father so she knows he's not the nobody she thinks he is. Chad then says they have something more important to talk about, "us."
At the station, Sam tells Luis that Sheridan forgot to sign some papers before she left last night, so he needs her to sign them for the file. Sam and Luis start arguing about what Luis did. Sam tells Luis that he is always pulling Sheridan into his life, and asks if he is in love with her? Luis says of course not, and blows up. However, he apologizes to Sam and says he's just tired of everyone telling him that he has a thing for Sheridan. Sam says he's just trying to look out for him, and keep him out of jail. However, Luis says he is not afraid of Julian Crane. Later, Sam does a background check on Crystal and connects her to someone in Harmony! It seems that Crystal lived in Paris for 20 years, and Sheridan spent time in Paris as well. Luis says he'll call Sheridan and ask, he has to call her anyways.
At the Crane Mansion, Ethan returns from his morning jog and finds a very upset Sheridan with her bodyguard. Ethan asks the bodyguard, Mike, to excuse them, and that SHeridan will be all right with him. Mike leaves, and Sheridan explains everything to Ethan. SHe is shocked when Ethan agrees with what Luis did. Ethan tells Sheridan that he wants her around for a long time, and she tells him that she intends to be. Meanwhile, Antoine has snuck onto the Crane estate and is waiting for Sheridan to come outside so he can kill her. Back inside, Sheridan asks where Gwen is? Ethan tells her that she had to go back to New York to work. Sheridan realizes something is bothering Ethan. Ethan says that Gwen wants him and Theresa to go to Bermuda with Theresa to check out a honeymoon resort, but he'd like to go alone. Sheridan asks why? Ethan tells Sheridan about how he fantasized about being with Theresa when he was with Gwen last night. Sheridan doesn't like what she's hearing, but Ethan says that he thinks it is all because of Julian and Chad's suggestions. Sheridan says she can understand Julian because his mind always goes to the gutter, but Chad's suggesting he has feelings for Theresa worries her. Sheridan thinks he should call Gwen back to Harmony and tell her the truth, but Ethan says he can't do that, she'd probably call off the wedding. Sheridan asks if he's going to call off the trip? Ethan doesn't think he'll have to because Theresa is so busy with school that she probably won't be able to go with him. Sheridan says that is good because the last place he should be is at a romantic resort with Theresa. Later, Sheridan goes out on the patio to get sunlight, unaware that Antoine is waiting in the bushes to kill her. However, she is saved by a phone call from Luis. Luis and Sheridan start to argue, so Sam and Ethan take over. Sam asks Ethan if Sheridan knew Crystal, but Sheridan tells Ethan that she didn't. Sam thanks them, and then asks Sheridan to please come into the station to sign some papers and close the file on her case. Sheridan leaves, with her bodyguard, and they followed by Antoine. Meanwhile, Theresa shows up at the mansion, ready to go to discuss the trip to Bermuda. Ethan is shocked because he wasn't expecting her to come by because she's so busy. The maid tells Ethan that the airport just called and the plane will take off in one hour. Theresa says she has perfect timing!
Sheridan and Mike show up at the station, and Luis hands her the papers to sign. He says he won't have to bother her again, but Sheridan thinks he'll find some way to irritate her, maybe bust her for jaywalking in her own driveway. Sheridan signs the papers, and is free to leave. Sheridan then tells Mike that she's going away for a few days to be by herself, but Mike says he can't allow that. Sheridan tells Mike that he works for her, so she is ordering him to take a few days off. Sheridan says she's going to her family cabin where she will be safe.
Eve shows up at the station with TC to fill out some papers. Eve is saddened when she hears that Crystal as no family and will get the normal funeral that people with no family are given, buried it Potters Field. TC says you'd think there would be someone out there who cared about her. Eve then remembers how Crystal visited her when she was pregnant and brought her things. She exclaims "You can't bury her in Potter's Field! Sam asks Eve if she knew Crystal? TC says that Eve is just talking about having to deal with Crystal's death, and Eve says nobody deserves to be buried in Potter's Field. Eve says that it is a shame that Chad will never know the truth about his past, but Sam says that is not so. Sam says he's investigating Crystal, and if he finds out Crystal knew someone here in Harmony, he won't give up until he finds that person.
