Hilltop's 5 Card Stud!

We really struggled on what to do with our baby Spago. With much regret, we have decided to place him. Spago just turned 8 months old this month. He is a red and white, American Staffordshire Terrier pup, AKC/UKC registered. Spago has been overly socialized (lol). He has been everywhere with us including Michigan, Ohio. Pennsylvania and North Carolina. He has also been shown and took Best in a Multi Breed show puppy and is currently UKC major pointed his first show out. Spago's parents are both Champions, OFA cardi and OFA cert for hips. He is crate trained- will even jump in his crate!, up to date on ALL shots/worming, is table top and show lead trained. Spago does tend to be prey driven and will need to be in a home that is breed educated, period. We believe his less desirable traits are, a touch of dewlap (skin) below his neck and a touch Easty/Westy. When it comes down to it, all his less desirable traits might improve with age and at this point, are improving. I think overall he is a nice pup, just not what we are looking for in our main stud dog. His best friend is our Lab bitch Taco, whom he gets along with very well. Spago's favorite thing to do is chew on a rawhide in bed with us or take a dip in his baby pool. His asking price is $1200.00 firm with retained lifetime stud rights. His ears have been cropped, he is microchipped, has his rabies and Lymes disease shots. Please do not ask to bargain on his price, as the amount of time, effort, training, ears and shots involved in raising this pup, is a mere drop in the bucket to the life time of joy he has to offer. We might be willing to CO-OWN him for 800 and a puppy back to the right person or kennel. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone. Spago will be placed only in the best of homes.
