He was an Official Photographer to the French Army and was one of the people who encouraged the establishment of HISTOREX figures. I collected the coloured cards and catalogue in the 1970's and decided to reproduce them now on the internet as a resource for modellers, historians and wargamers. Thanks go to John Stalleart and Charles Haywood for additional colour plates. The Historex kits on display I have assembled and painted myself, over a 30 year period, stating in the late 1960's, then stopping for 35 years, until I resumed painting toy soldiers in the late 1990's.
