1998 WV Staff Party

Each year, the WV association hosts a party for its staff & workers.
The annual party, scheduled for November 1st was postponed due to the rising waters of the Walnut River.
The party was then held at the Tisdale Methodist Church (east of Winfield) on December 6, 1998.
