The Need For Higher
Fidelity

"You are now about to enter... a dimension of sound, beats, and rhymes...a dimension where music is a controller of the mind... a dimension where BASS and TREBLE are the necessities of all mankind."

Something about having a good sounding system in your car can make driving a lot more enjoyable. Spending lots of money on the system can make it a bittersweet experience. But, you can not cut corners, there are a number of components that one may not think makes their system louder, but are very important.

Most people do not go spend $3000 all at once and instantly have a system. Most people, including myself, piece together their systems as the dough rolls in. I have actually bought twice as many peices than I have needed, simply because I end up wanting something better, or what I got already doesn't make the cut.

To start with, I would seriously ask myself how nice of a system I want. I asked myself that question and said, "The Best", but then reasoned that I could not afford it. Well, I was never happy until I went and screwed up by purchasing the low quality equipment, then later buying the best. My point is, don't settle for less than what you will be happy with, it is my opinion that it is better to take a couple of months to save for the good stuff than to waste money on the wanna be's. You may buy a $150 amplifier that is a said 500 watts, while you could have put it towards a nice $700 amplifier that is 100 watts, twice as loud, and ten times better. Wait, you'll end up with the $700 amp in the end anyways.

Here I have written helpful hints directed towards the beginner. If you are interested I did break it into sections. They are listed below.
