TVB National Day Celebration 3rd October, 1999
Tonight Gigi sang her new song ³Ì¬ü, and it is really "very beautiful".... one good reason to look forward to her new album! by the way, this album would contain all new songs; Gigi said it is not time to make a "Collection Album" yet..... Also tonight there were a lot of non-reporters/ staff backstage (probably practicing for the night event), and Gigi was overwhelmed with requests for get-together photos. Never once did she refuse anyone, although we (the bystanders) were quite upset that some lady asked Gigi for about ten times and still would have asked for more. This finally forced Gigi to retire into private quarters..... it simply was too much of an harrassment. So fans, please, do not ask for too much or else you would just force Gigi away. She was so very polite, even to that lady. She just would not say "no", and she also talked with some fans for a long while..... there was also a very little girl who simply walked up to Gigi and handed her a paper. Gigi without heistation signed it and smiled at her.... and the girl never say one word.... quite a funny scene, but shows once again how kind-hearted Gigi really is.
Airport 5th October, 1999
Above photos bought. Gigi actually was not upset. She came with makeups on and graciously let reporters took her photos. I think this is because she has done nothing wrong and has nothing to fear. We must support her, for we also know she has done nothing wrong!

Gigi was a brave girl tonight. She faced all the hard questions and cleared up this thing. She made it clear she was not a third person and she only started to "develop a close realationship" with Ekin after he and she were both available.

Gigi seemed to be happy tonight. This is indeed a very good sign...... she had been unhappy for so long, and why? She did not do anything wrong, she simply tried to love an unmarried and available man. But people are stupid.... at this rate, Gigi may have to move to places where human beings still respect one another, like in Taiwan and Japan. Hong Kong people and media are hopeless (I don't mean all, but many are..... sigh!)
MR997 Year End Awards Press Conference 21st November, 1999
Gigi was fed to the lions today but she bravely face them. She answered questions well, posted for photographs and even showed reporters her bruises sustained while being pushed to the ground (by a mob of fans and police) in Shanghai.... she was simply too popular for her own good! in the press con., she refused to answer anymore on private matters, saying, "I am afraid of you law!" but she answered questions on her trip, new CD and coming jobs. Gigi is finally on her way to recovery!
