Other Notes:	"The city got the depot, but MKT and now UP refused to sale the land. The station is in bad shape, but the inside is ok. Part of the roof was ripped off when a semi got to close to the depot. The city has plans to restore it, but for now, Boyce Gin is renting it for feed and hay storage. "
