Valentine's Day is the day when we express our love to friends and loved ones by giving them candy, flowers, and/or Valentine cards. We make this day special by going out to eat or doing something special with our loved ones or friends. Kids in school exchange Valentines. Most internet sites will have these and graphics of these, but I want my page to glorify Jesus, I am so thankful that God expressed His love by giving us the greatest gift. That gift is--His son Jesus. John 3:16 says:"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotton Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
God loved the world. He loved you and me. The whosoever is who believes in Jesus as their Savior. Then Jesus loved us enough to die on the cross for our sins and diseases to be healed. Those are two of the greatest gifts I know. When you invite Jesus into your heart and ask Him to be your Savior and Lord, He is always there. You might walk away from Him, but He is always there. He never leaves you nor forsakes you. And when Jesus died and rose again, He went to heaven to be with the Father. However, He left us the Holy Spirit to teach us, guide us, and comfort us. So out of God's most precious gift to us, He gave us three gifts. We have God the Father, who is better than our own fathers and better than we are to our own children. Next, we have Jesus as Savior, Lord, and friend. And third, we have the Holy Spirit, who is there to teach us, guide us, and comfort us.
If you have seen my other holiday pages, you will notice that I always have hymns or praise songs on them. That is because I want to glorify the Lord and also to give Him praise. The Lord loves for us to praise Him. The Bible tells us He inhabits our praises. Because Valentine's Day is the day of love, I think the songs on this page should have love in them. The first song here is the one we learn as children, but it is great even for adults because it reminds us how much Jesus loves us.
In this song you can put your name where the word me is. That is how I sing it sometimes to
remind me that He does love me. I, also, sing it to my grandchildren, putting in their names. Sometimes when we are hurting and we don't feel like singing, much less praying, just singing simple Christian songs we learned as children helps. Here is another song telling of Jesus' love:

Here is the scripture to go with that----Matthew 19:14:"Jesus said: Suffer the little children and forbid them not; for of such is the kingdom of heaven."

Luke 10:26 says "Love the Lord your God with all your hearts, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind."
So you can see that Jesus thought love was important. First to God and then to your neighbor. Your neighbor being anyone on earth. So let us show Him love by singing love songs to Him:
When I started looking for more love songs to Jesus, I knew several but I found so many I could have filled pages and pages. So I am going to finish with one last song. This one is for the Trinity--God, the Father, Jesus, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
If you want to know Jesus and His love, ask Him into your heart as your Savior and Lord. Remember God and Jesus love you. If you want to ask Jesus into your heart, say this prayer of salvation:
Dear Heavenly Father, I believe that Jesus is Your Son that came to earth to die for our sins that we might be saved. I ask Jesus into my heart that I might be saved. I believe that He died for my sins.Thank you Lord. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
