Hillis Genealogy

     We welcome all who come seeking their true lineage.  These pages are devoted to unraveling the Hillis, Hillhouse, Hiles, Hyles lineages.  We would hope that you would contribute your family data to enlarge on our information.
     We have come together to seek our true ancestry. We have some information that is documented and some oral tradition. By banding together and pooling our information of whatever nature we hope to get our lines straight. One of our oldest is Samuel Hillis along with others.  We have all the spelling variations.  We are all seeking our true ancestry and from the onset we vow to agree to disagree, but respect each other's contentions.  We have here information and links to information. E-mail links are scattered throughout the various lines.
