79th New York Highlanders Monument in the National Cemetary in Knoxville, TN. The New York State Coat Of Arms is Carved on it with an Inscription written by the 79th Highlander's Chaplain, Crammond Kennedy:
"BY ALL THE THOUSANDS THAT HAVE DIED FOR THEE, O LOV'D REPUBLIC, BE THOU JUST AND FREE!"
