Mi-Tu Chow Kennel is located in Stroud, ON., Canada.  Just one hour north of Toronto.  I had my first Chow at the age of seven and have had Chows in my life ever since.

In 1965, I bought my first show prospect, a red male, who was quickly followed by a red female.  Both dogs became Canadian Champions but it was the female Ch. Chi-Kwang's Han Su-Mei (bred by Joey Nattrass) who was the start of Mi-Tu Chow's.  Su-Mei produced ten Champions for me, including
Canadian and American Champion Mi-Tu's Han Su-Shang (pictured on the President Choice dog food in Canada) who is also the only Chow to be awarded Top Dog All Breeds in Canada.  Shang was owned by H. Williams and F. Peddie.

Mi-Tu Chows is a small kennel consisting of 10-12 adult dogs and producing 2-3 litters per year.  Litters are the result of careful planning to produce happy and healthy Chow puppies.  The puppies are raised in the house with lots of tender loving care.  A written health guarantee is provided for both companion and show puppies.
