Sad but true, I have decided to close down the Adopt-a-Skater site for a few reasons. First, I simply don't have the time, along with my other sites, to keep track of all the adoptions and whether or not people have the images correctly on their sites. Secondly, I just spent a great deal of time going through my list of links to see if people still had their skaters on their pages and found that nearly half of them did not. I am not going to continue to run a site for people who can't follow simple rules. For those of you who have adopted skaters on your page, you can feel free to keep displaying them there, and I thank you for following the adoption rules and displaying your skater proudly.
