Global residential right can be defined as the right to live on the earth with bilateral or multi-points of view by valuing the living conditions of at least two different countries in which one can reside as he or she wishes.

You were born on this globe, not just on a simple country or state or part of the town. Aren't you entitled to go and live wherever you wish on this planet? Don't you agree? Is it your fate or destiny simply because you were born in a particular place and have to stick to the country for the rest of your life? And some of your parents just forgot or didn't report your name to the office when you were born and you could not get your residential certificate, which means you do not have your official home country and cannot even get your passport to go out of the country? Who made such rules? Some of you have to work so hard for days and nights only to get a certain amount of money in one country, but if you could move to another country, you could have earned the same amount of money by working just for an hour or so. Who made such unfair systems? And some of you cannot even make an access to this page because you can neither make an access to any computer nor the inter-net. With good or bad luck, whichever you decide, since you made an access to this page, would you kindly consider "Global Residential Rights" and think of two residential rights as the starting point of this movement? Some of you might already have had two citizenships. Then, you are lucky. Let anybody have the two at least on this globe. Would you kindly participate in this program though it may be just a simulation, or a dream, or a simple imagination? Somebody has to start with it; otherwise, it will never be an existence. Suppose you could start over your new life or could move to a completely new place, besides your home country, where would you like to be born and live or move to? Can you explain why you chose that country and that part of the country? Also would you kindly value the place you are living now and the place you would like to start over according to the scale from 0 to 100?
