Professional and Consulting Experience

1991 to 1993 Architect
Commissioned to design several projects in Egypt: Touristic Villages, Industrial Factories, Residential, Schools, Shopping Centers, and Public Buildings.
 
1980 to 1984 Architect and Partner "The Egyptian Designers"
An Architectural and Urban Design Firm, Cairo, Egypt. Project architect and team member in design and supervision of a variety of projects: residential, recreational, commercial, multi-use, and industrial. Responsibilities included negotiation with clients, contact specialized engineers, management of office administrative affairs, and preparation of drawings, specifications and bid documents.
 
1978 to 1980 Architect
Participated in the design of several projects in architectural firms in Cairo, Egypt.

1992 Arma Food industries Factory (492,000 sq. M.), 10th of Ramadan City , Egypt.
Large factory for oil and shortening production composed of several industrial buildings and facilities.

1992 Higher Institute of Agriculture Computer and Training Center, (4,000 sq.m.), Cairo, Egypt.
A four story educational building for computer and training.

1992 Private Villa II "Basiony", (450 sq.m.), Hurghada, Egypt.
Mid-size villa overlooking the Red Sea.

1992 Private Villa III "Niazi", (180 sq.m.), Hurghada, Egypt.
Mid-size villa overlooking the Red Sea.

" 1992 Bardice" Touristic Village (475,000 sq.m.), NorthWest Coast, Egypt.
Touristic village composed of 250 villas, shopping center, 500 apartments, and beach facilities overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

1991

1991 "Sinai Stars Beach " (250,000 sq.m.), Ras Sudr, Red Sea, Egypt.
Touristic village overlooking the Red Sea composed of 150 rooms hotel and 50 private villas. Project was submitted to the T. D. A. for revisions and was approved.

1991 "Sherrylan Touristic Village" (18,000 sq.m.), Hurghada, Egypt.
Touristic village composed of 100 rooms hotel and 15 villas.

1990 "El-Center" Shopping Mall (2000 sq.m), Hurghada, Egypt.
Mid-size shopping center composed of several shops, offices, and exhibition areas.

1990 "Sultana Beach" (14,000 sq. m.), Hurghada, Egypt.
Private Recreational complex overlooking the Red Sea.

1983 Allam Industrials Exhibition Hall (1,000 sq.m.), Cairo Fair Grounds, Cairo, Egypt

1983 Egyptian Match Company Factory and Offices (1,500 sq.m.), 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt.

1982 El Aman Residential Tower (10,000 sq.m.), Giza, Egypt.
Residential tower composed of 60 luxury apartments, shops, garage, and 1,500 sq.m. Office area

1982 Beau Rivage Center (35,000 sq.m.), Alexandria, Egypt.
Residential tower composed of 300 units, shops, health club, and restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean sea.

1981 El Rowad Touristic Village (1/2 sq. kilometer), North-West Coast, Egypt. 
Touristic village composed of 500 villas, shopping center, 250 rooms hotel, and beach facilities overlooking the Mediterranean sea.

Headquarter for Misr Construction Co..

1980 The Italian Hospital Extension (6,000 sq.m.), Cairo, Egypt.
Two-ward extension each one contains 40 patients rooms, outpatient clinic, and patients facilities.
