Are you looking for adventure? The thrill of combat? The exhilaration of victory? If so, then consider the dashing and gallant Cavalry.  The newly formed 9th Virginia Cavalry Company K is currently seeking new recruits from the Northern Ohio area to bolster its ranks, for further information please contact the unit webmaster at CoK9thVaCav@netscape.net or the unit Sergant at CoK9thVaSgtGeoff@netscape.net.

The objective of this company is to both accurately portray how the cavalry trooper of the 9th Virginia lived, fought and died during the the Civil War and accuratly inform the public about the 9th Virginia cavalry and the role of cavalry in the Civil War.  To this extent the group is an apolitical organization that focuses on the recreation history.
