Implicit in the act of hiring and placing 100,000 new p.o.lice* officers across the United States, the training, equipping in state of the art paramilitary attack weaponry, communications systems and vehicles of all sorts, providing virtual immunity from criminal prosecution when one or all exercise excessive and/or lethal force (regardless of the circumstances), bill clinton and his cohorts sent a message.  A message to everyone on Earth.  The government needs a certain type of people, lots and lots of 'em.

    Let's not kid ourselves, it takes a "special" kind of person to fill these positions.  Not just anyone can "measure up" to the demands of such a "profession". The profession that one is present to keep secure the safety and freedoms of others. Their true function is another matter altogether.

Job description:
    Individual must desire to carry weapons for use in physically torturing people into compliance unto deadly force, on your person, in open public view.
    Individual must desire accepting the use of deadly force is "business as usual".
    Individual must desire confrontation with, and subjugation of others as "business as usual".
    Individual must be intelligent enough to understand the functions of radio communications equipment, breath analyzer equipment, urine sample containers, computers, vehicles, jails, weapons (hand guns, rifles, shotguns, automatic weapons, tear-gases, pepper-sprays, mace and other chemical weapons, batons, hand-cuffs, vehicles (as a weapon), rubber bullet rifles, bean-bag rifles, shields, physical attack/defense skills, psychological  evaluation, negotiation, interrogation, deception, intimidation, domination, human anatomy, physiology), coffee and donuts.
    Individual must desire personal dominance in all situations.
    Individual must be physically and mentally capable of acting out the duties appropriately associated with such equipment, training and agenda.

You've been dispatched with all the equipment, weapons, ammunition, chemical supplies, ground support, and back-up that can't be beat: immunity from prosecution for whatever you choose to do.  Soooo......

8>    "This is exactly what I've been expecting.  Watchfully preparing and now I'm ready.  With all of the training and equipment I have available and the disguise of the times!  I have known for some time that I can do alot to protect the activists in their efforts to bring attention the the catastrophe of civilized experience.  This is an opportunity to get the attention of the world focused on the need for alternatives to this toxic system.  Being able to move freely among the army of enraged corporate enforcers, I'll be able to misdirect and distract them as only another uniformed officer can!  They'll never suspect for an instant, what with all the confusion and all.   I hope to get out of this insanity alive and by disrupting from within, I may be able to spot others who are questioning, feeling the pain of violent, desolate order.  I can't be the only one... Now, I'm not saying there is any one right answer, but there seems to be a good indication in the news media, and on the streets, that bill clinton and whoever pulls his chain are delighted to have found hundreds of individuals(?) to fill p.o.lice and national guard positions in the state of Washington alone, that chose answer   1>   when presented with the exact scenario depicted in Test Question #1.

    Now the government is looking for another 50,000 people willing to follow orders regardless of their contradiction to public safety and protected freedoms.
 

    You know, another thing that really gets me is that I haven't even mentioned that those 100,000 new, inexperienced cops have put about  200,000 more guns ON THE STREETS!!.  WOW!  gun control.  Yeah, who's got all the guns?  Who's putting more and more guns on the streets all the time?  Who wants another 50,000 cops with another 100,000+ more guns on the street?  Who's saying it's desirable, nay, necessary to develop/institutionalize innocent human children into gun-toting violent robots?  And on top of that, we don't have to wonder what kind of people bill clinton is giving these guns to.  When I told a p.o.lice officer that I do not like guns, I don't own a gun and I don't want to be around guns, (there were 3 p.o.lice officers covering me while one of them wrote me a bogus tricycle ticket), and asked her if she was trained and willing to use her gun, officer Jen Bills of the Eugene P.o.lice Department said, "Yea, but I'm terrible with a gun."  Doesn't that make you feel safe and secure?  By definition, the government is finding enforcers, not compassionate human beings.  They are the people who are willing to betray the very people they will swear an oath to protect.  They are the people who are going to be throwing tear-gas in your park.  Their allegiance is not to the citizens of this country, it is to big money capitalist tech-no-logic-kill corporations through their mediators, government.   The governments of the world are no more than property management corporations specializing in military enforcement services and distracting the public from reality.
 
 

    Do p.o.lice officers receive training in any of the skills necessary to protect and serve by means other than, for example:  applying pepper-spray to a man having a seizure on a public street?   He died soon afterward on a local fizishun's alter in "Sacred Somethingorother" hospital.  Considering all of the other "skills and training" required to be a p.o.lice officer, it seems they are capable of learning how to render aid rather then violently assault.  Perhaps it is in the aspect of "desire" that they are lacking.  If they acre oapable of competence in these other areas, only the disire to express healthy relating world be necessary for them to create the experience.

     These new p.o.lice officers are to be placed in "high crime areas" across the United States.  So, what is a "high crime area"?

    I am familiar with a neighborhood Eugene, Oregon that is constantly identified as a "high crime area".   It's as if the whole neighborhood has been indicted, unless you own a house or business.
    My experiences in the area have made me vividly aware that the "high crime rate" is simply the result of excessive p.o.lice presence.  P.o.lice officers are intent on finding criminals.  It is their job.  What if there are no criminals to be found?  What's a cop to do?  They have no alternative but to identifying people as criminals, regardless of the behavior of the individual apprehended.  Crime rates are statistics.  All that is necessary to raise the crime rate in an area is to send in a bunch of aggressive cops and tell them to start writing tickets and arresting people.  The statistics are based on accusations, not actual incidents or convictions (which are frequently a result of Individuals not remembering to go to court on the right day at the right time.  I personally have a great deal of difficulty knowing what day it is or what time it is in the kind of context necessary to comply with such arbitrary expectations).   I have been targeted by the p.o.lice.  It seems that their desire for involuntary intimacy with me is a result of their inability to understand what I'm doing.  The reality being that I am doing as little as possible to survive and retain the companionship of my children and friends.  Are these endeavors illegal?  I am bringing harm to nobody.
    In a country that professes "freedom", it is obvious that the only form of freedom available has a price.  That price is not one of mutually respectful relating, it is a price measured only in terms of MONEY.  Yes, money can't buy everything, but it can go a long way toward keeping the p.o.lice from identifying you as a criminal.  In the event that the p.o.lice do accuse an individual of some illegal act, MONEY will allow you to compensate the "state" in a satisfactory manner according to their current value system.  Few rich people are in the jails and prisons in this country.  Virtually all are monetarily poor.
    It is no secret that the government of the United States of America, or any other government,  no longer exists to protect the freedoms of it's individual people, but to shield BIG MONEY from the annoyance of individuals with protected freedoms.
    Money is a measure of inequity.  Some of us do not desire inequity.  The opportunity to become unequal has no appeal for me.  I don't want to have more than anyone else.  I'm not measuring any of it anyway.  Some of us just want somewhere to be and not be bothered for being.  I want to have as little impact on Earth as possible, and survive.  I was born within 100 miles from my present residence.  I am an indigenous Earth Being.  I am seeing the results of this mandatory quest for inequality.  One is either a loser or a winner.  There is no third alternative.  As far as I'm concerned there's no difference between the two.  If being a winner makes losers out of others, how can that be healthy for the whole?  No provision remains to allow autonomous individuals who desire mutually respectful sharing to have a place to BE on the Earth.
    The basic concept upon which this catastrophe is built is "ownership of Earth".  I have never heard an intelligent, comprehensive explanation at to how this concept originated or became validated.  This is a religious concept of which I am not a "believer".  It's foundation is greed and domination.  It's roots are fear.  Fear of not having what we need to survive.  Fear that someone will have more, do more, be more...  The basic perception of humans as separate from Earth is another religious concept I do not believe.  I am Earth.  I am inseparable from Earth.  I am as much a part of Earth as my hand or my foot is a part of my body.  I also acknowledge my connection with all of Earth's other indigenous life forms (including humans).  The original definition of the word "individual" is  not dividable, not separable, together.  Today the expression is used to identify someone or thing set apart.
    The government (corporation), the United States of America, has altered the  more "liberal" original constitution it was founded upon, through amendments and laws upon laws upon laws upon laws, effectively compelling all within the bounds of their claimed dominion to "believe" in this religion of "ownership of Earth".  The effect most common to us all is the "need" to compensate, in monetary form, some individual or organization that claims "ownership of Earth" in exchange for severely regulated access to any particular location.  Exceptions?  Well, you can pay money for permits to allow "special freedoms" that extend beyond the bounds of safety and health for citizens, or any other life form for that matter.
    Example: I was using photo voltaic (solar electric) power in my (rented) home in Springfield, Oregon.  The city government contacted my "landlord", threatening that if I did not have the grid power turned back on, they would condemn the house and have me evicted.  The city quoted a law on their books stating that if grid power is available, we must have it.  I contended that it is not available to me because of the necessity to compensate the distributing agency (Springfield Utility Board) by monetary means.  The ACLU said it was unconstitutional and they would like to fight it but no lawyers, time or money (all necessary to obtain "justice", apparently) were available.  At the time I was paying $360. rent from my total income of $364. a month.  I obviously had no money available to buy electricity I did not need or want.  I enjoy the experience of limited technology and energy and find no "need" to have access to many of the services the present dominant paradigm compels us to compensate them for regardless of our lack of interest.  I do not ask the police for help.  I do not expect the government to take care of me.  I ask only to be left alone.  This is not an option made available to us in this system.
    Another example:  Several families were living on some land.  A county land use officer notified the "property owner" that only one family could live there according to regulations.  The fine is $1000. per day, per violation.  There were 7 familes living on over 13 acres (sparse compared to typical residential zones).  That would result in a fine of $210,000 a month.  In two months the fine would have been sufficient for the county to forclose and regain total control of that part of Earth.  The "property owner" chose to evict the others, causing seven families to be homeless.  Another "property owner" across the road clear-cut his three acres, no problem.
    Is this the intent behind land use regulation?  It certainly is a vivid display of oppression and dislocation.  Social programs are being cut left and right while those who find an alternative to "fair market housing" are put back on the streets.
    This compulsory participation in the "Ownership of Earth" religion is a significant aspect of the "need" for more p.o.lice officers across the country.  People who are interested in mutually respectful sharing are not even left "out in the cold", we are identified by p.o.lice as criminals.  They're need to find criminals is an occupational hazard, with the "hazard" minimized by their patent violent, aggressive, brutal subjugation of peaceful, respectful individuals that do not demonstrate a "belief" in their religion.
    The blatant contradiction between "freedom", "religious freedom", and the experience of life within the claimed dominion of governments all around the planet, is so obvious, it is amazing to me that people are not refusing to participate in this atrocity.  The simple level of participation by going to work, paying rent/morgage & bills, and thereby teaching others (especially children) to do the same, is the essence of what perpetuates the experience.  Seeing the government systematically rape our children when they reach the age of 6 years, we passively participate by allowing the public schools access to our children, or even encouraging children to be enthusiastic about being raped by the system because "that's just the way it is", and "we all have to do it".  This may seem to be an extreme way of conveying the experience of young people, however, it is true that public education systematically violates the individuality of it's subjects with no respect for their needs, wants or interests.  Institutionalization is the order of the day, and has been for some time.  That is why we have masses of robotic "citizens" perpetuating this genocide of innocence.
    The highest official in the land has made it clear that p.o.lice and military forces can, will and are being used to subdue any and all who are not in full support of capitalist industrial technology and the genocide that goes with it.
    All religions are based upon separation/ reunion.  When an individual acknowledges their connection with the whole of life, concepts of separation are projections from others that do not apply.  The perception that anyone knows what is "right" for someone else better than they can know it for themselves is a total disregard for the individuals autonomy.
    Fear, the root of all separation concepts, is rampant in today's world along with greed and profit.  The relentless quest to accumulate more and more out of a fear of not having enough, while others have less and less, has created a diseased beast that is consuming every living thing on Earth, attempting to reform life into some imagined utopia of static perfection.  Don't be deceived, it is DEATH.
    Remember when scientists and educators told us that technology would free us from work.  The machines would do it all for us.  More leisure.  Abundance for all.  I remember.  Has the natural Earth been improved upon in the slightest.  The technology available today has allowed us to see the end of life on Earth as we have known it ourselves.  Maybe we are still alive, but as vividly as you can feel the wind in the air or see a storm on the horizon, sure enough, living things are less and less and money flow is more and more.  Human population grows while all other life diminishes.  The health of all is fading.   Got TIME to live?
