Let us consider 'alerts' ordered by dates but not by RA as it was on
the article or in the current handbooks. Then it seems as two projections
of trajectories for probes, one trajectory for 1420MHz
source and second trajectory for 2840MHz source. It is very unprobable
picture for probable point's distribution on the plane, so there are correlations
between dates and locations and moreover there are correlations between
delayes and distances on the coordinate plane. May be it was only systematic
errors for META devices, but note, so there was correlations between high
level 'alerts' and Galactic Plane. Hence probability for ETI probe case
is not equal to zero. At the end, it seems as hopeful strategy for communications-
'far-and-near phenomenon' message.
