The Norristown Area High School Marching Band is Proud to present it's 2002 Production "A Norristown Operetta". Featuring the music of Rossini and Puccini.

The Band will take you thru 3 Acts of Italian Opera; opening with the rousing "Barber of Seville Overture", by Gioacchino Rossini, highlighting the Opening Scene of the Operatic caper.

In Act II, the Band and Color Guard will interpret a love almost lost with the aria, " Nessum Dorma", from the Opera " La Boheme ", by Giacomo Puccini.

In the Final Act, the Humerous adventures of the " Italian Algiers Overture ", will make way for a rousing finale, in full Operatic Tradition!

The Norristown Band Program has many accomplishments over the years, including being A four time Tournament of Bands, Chapter 3 Champion, Atlantic Coast Group II Champions in 1994, and our Indoor Color Guard was the T.I.A. All-Chapter Champion in 1998
