How about this:

(-7) + (+4) = -3

or this :

(-2) *(+5) = -10

Now look at this :

X + (-3) = (-7)

X = (-7) + (+3)

X = -4

or this :

(2A)*(3B) = 6AB

or this :

(-2)³ + (+3)² = 1

instead of this :

(-3)+(+7)= (+4)!!!

or this :

(2A)*(3B) = 6AB

or this :

X + (-4) = (-7)

X = (-7) + (+4)

X = -3
