Did someone say they were hungry?

It will be inevitable that you will sometime along the way wonder what it is that sounds like a snarling dragon, and then realize that it's your own gut telling you to eat. But, as this is not like Six Flags (an accursed place!) they do not sell hamburgers or hot dogs. The food is kept to dishes that are more or less accurate to the time period. Do not let this frighten you off, however. Below, I have listed some of the dishes that they sell and a description of the recipie.

Cornish Pasty - A meat pie of ground beef cooked inside a type of pastry shell.

Shepherd's Pie - Another meat pie, served inside a pie tin. Ground beef covered by a layer of mashed potatoes and served with a side of sweet red seedless grapes.

Turkey Legs - Well, the name says it all here. It's a large turkey drumstick.

Pizza - Yes, this was invented by the Italians during their renaissance, which began 100 years before England.

Pickles - Again, that says it all. You will see pickle vendors throughout the faire.

Pastries - There is a bakery beside the Black Dragon that sells fresh pastries such as cinnamon rolls and apple dumplings.

Monkey Tails - Frozen chocolate covered bananas.

Vegetable Tempura - A variety of fried vegetables for you veegans.

Steak on a Stake - Exactly what it says it is.

Drinks

Sassafrass - Much like root beer, it is a slightly carbonated drink with a taste of licorice added to the root beer flavor.

Kiddie Cocktail - Also called a strawberry daquiri.
