Defense Argument #7
'Shippers:
What about the kiss in "Triangle"?
NoRoMos:
Mulder kissed the Other Scully to prove to her that his intentions were good. Otherwise, she would never have agreed to turn the boat around.

Now, just how do you know Mulder's intentions behind that kiss? I don't think you do, I don't think any of us do, but I do have my OPINION. (i know you're getting sick of that, if you've read my other emails)
Mulder knew he could kiss the 1930's Scully without the normal consequences--(akwardness, inability to work together) so he went for it! I mean, can you blame the guy? But, I believe that his words before that kiss pretty much sum it up--"in case i never see you again"---that's what he was MOST LIKELY thinking. But then again, who does? No one. He knew there was a chance he wouldn't see Scully again, and he didn't want that to happen without expressing his feelings-so without Scully there, he did the next best thing.
I would like to thank you for reading my ideas, and I hope you are taking my thoughts into consideration with what all "x-philes" should have- an open mind. I assure I have done the same for you.
