This page comes from my absolute
devotion to the film Blade Runner, which I have seen too many times
to count. As a professional movie
reviewer, I often have to restrain myself from
confessing unconditional love for some
particular movie. However, I can do nothing else
but admit here that Ridley Scott's 1982 release still fascinates me
with the same intensity as the very first time I
saw it, and that by now it is a part of my
personal universe. Plunging into its wierd,
smoky, mesmerizing atmosphere has become a
pleasant rite which transports me, anytime I
want to, to this atrocious and yet dazzling
future, whose vivid construction seems to me as
real and as possible as the street where I live,
and to which I can't help but feel the exiles'
