PAYMENT PROCESS:

1. ACCEPTED PAYMENTS:

We accept personal checks from a US bank. HOWEVER, please be aware that banks may take from 7 to 9 business days to clear a check. Please take this delay and postal mail delay into consideration when making a payment.

2. We require a $250 (USD) Booking Deposit to confirm your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Upon payment of the full rental amount (30 days prior to check-in) the Booking Deposit will become your Security Deposit and will be returned in full within 30 days from your departure date, provided no damage has been caused to the home or to its contents during the period of the rental and no breach of rental contract has occured. (See Rental Rules).

3. The Full Rental Amount MUST BE PAID IN FULL 30 DAYS in advance prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and to retain the deposit if the full rental payment is not received 30 days prior to arrival. If you are mailing from outside of the US, please be aware that the mail may take 7 to 10 days to arrive. All money received are non-refudable, we strongly recommend that you have vacation insurance that will enable you to recover your deposit or rental payment if circumstances make it impossible for you to travel.

Conversion rate is provided for your convenience without any guarantee of any kind and should only be used as guideline only.

5. We will email you a receipt when your payment reaches us. Our arrival information pack will be sent to you either at the same time, or closer to the date of your booking if this is for more than six months ahead.
